Casa l'Enjouée is a private Italian-French artists residence where Sophie, a multidisciplinary artist, lives part of the year.
During her summer stay, she organizes several internships and takes the opportunity to open the doors of Casa l'Enjouée to people who wants to work in an atypical environment, in the middle of the greenery of Como.
Thus, for about 6 months, Casa l'Enjouée offers professional or amateur artists the opportunity to share, in all simplicity, a place of research and experimentation in all artistic forms: visual arts, plastic arts, music, artistic interior decoration, live rehearsals and meetings, one-man-shows, couple dances, writing. It also offers free temporary exhibition spaces in the house or, in beautiful weather, in the garden.
Casa l'Enjouée is located in the province of Como, in the village of Ramponio, at the bottom of a valley: the Valle Intelvi, known throughout the world for its Comacini masters, artist-artisans masters in the workmanship of stucco and scagliola present in the most beautiful palaces in Europe, as well as for the famous painter Piero Gauli and the writer Maria Corti.
A warm and welcoming rustic place, for creative exchanges, for reconnecting with plant and animal nature, where you can organize among friends, concerts - stories (in French and Italian), selected readings (in French and Italian), collective writing workshops or even yoga, meditation and laughter yoga.
It offers everything an artist can dream of having within reach to find inspiration. Sumptuous mountains and breathtaking lakes. But also museums, architectural and cultural heritage, nature and sports for all levels.
In summer there are numerous events that take place throughout the valley and on each of the two lakes.
